Renovation or New Build + Furnishings
This offering serves the client building a new home or renovating an existing home. Structural changes, space planning, and interior architectural details are determined along with selection of finishes and materials. Custom furniture, rugs, lighting, etc. are chosen and procured, upon your approval. From the profile of a crown molding to the decorative trim on a pillow, every detail is intentionally and creatively chosen to produce a home that delights the eye and reflects the people who live there.

Full Service Decorating
This offering serves the client who doesn’t need to make any structural changes, but wants to update and elevate their home through an artistic and thoughtful approach. New furnishings blend with sentimental and heirloom pieces to tell the story of the residents and create a home that surrounds them with beauty and uplifts their spirits.

One-to-One Strategy Session
This is a 1 and ½ hour video call where Melanie meets with you to help you solve your most pressing decorating and design challenges. This offering is for those who aren’t ready to hire an interior designer, but would benefit from being able to ask a few questions about their project. After the session, Melanie sends notes with key points so that you can refer back to her suggestions as you implement your plan.
